Mission Statement

The Ventura County Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) is dedicated to the advancement of marriage, family, child and individual therapy as an art, a science, and a mental health profession.

The chapter accomplishes this by:

• Serving the community-at-large
• Enhancing continuing education
• Promoting & Upholding ethical standards
• Sponsoring networking
• Providing legislative advocacy
• Encouraging trainees and associates
• Promoting members’ self-care
• Supporting the goals and objectives of CAMFT, our parent Organization
