VC-CAMFT is approved for CE hours by CAMFT as a CE Provider by the Board of Behavioral Sciences for LMFTs, LEPs, LPCCs, LCSWs (16 C.C.R. §1887.4.3.(3) (D); Provider Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider# CEP 4046) for number of contact hours and the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP-EI Provider #1S-95-319-1023). Pre-licensed members and associates may earn hours of experience for attending CAMFT workshops as approved by their supervisors.

Refunds/Cancellations: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by VC-CAMFT one week prior to the conference start date. Send requests to venturacamft@gmail.com. The Administrative fee for cancellation shall be $10 for each paid registration. This fee will be deducted for cancellations through the cancellation deadline. There will be no refunds on requests received after 11:59 p.m. exactly one-week prior to the event start date- venturacamft@gmail.com

Special Needs: Facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you have a special need and plan to attend the conference, please contact VC-CAMFT at venturacamft@gmail.com. Special needs requests will be fulfilled if received at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date.

Consent to Use of Photographic and Video Images: VC-CAMFT and its affiliates may be photographing, videotaping, audiotaping or webcasting VC-CAMFT meetings, activities, and VC-CAMFT-sponsored events. Registration, attendance at, and/or participation at any of these events constitute an agreement by the registrant or attendee to these activities and to the use and distribution of the registrant’s or attendee’s image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

Intellectual Property: By signing in, you acknowledge that VC-CAMFT and/or its speakers retain all intellectual property rights to the workshop presentation, slides, handouts, and related materials. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Recording, photographing, copying, distributing, or publicly sharing any portion of the workshop or materials is not permitted without prior written permission from VC-CAMFT. Reproduction of materials is permitted only for internal educational use within your own organization. For licensing or other permissions, contact: venturacamft@gmail.com

Fragrance Sensitivity: To keep the environment free from unnecessary irritants, participants are asked to refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, or other products.

Reservations: Reservations must be made seven days prior to an event, (i.e. Friday before the scheduled General Meeting), to qualify for VC-CAMFT membership discounts. Reservations made less than one week prior will be charged accordingly and are not guaranteed a meal. We will do our best to accommodate members and we will make sure that you do have a seat and will receive continuing education units. Cost is based on the number CEs and lunch per General Meeting. Respectful Environment: VC-CAMFT is committed to a safe and respectful event environment. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. VC-CAMFT may take appropriate action, including removal from events without refund.

Surveys and Feedback: VC-CAMFT may occasionally conduct surveys or request feedback. Participation is voluntary. Information collected is used in aggregate to improve chapter services and may be used to update member records when applicable.

Canvassing or Distribution: No canvassing or distribution of materials is allowed at the event by anyone who has not pre-purchased an exhibitor or sponsorship opportunity. Further, VC-CAMFT cannot make specific recommendations for such products, programs, or services.
